- -School attendance increased with 80% of participants.
- -Due to mentoring and tutoring support, 70% of participants' academic performance increased.

- -Students have been introduced to a myriad of social and cultural activities.
- -Students and families participate in beautification projects that lead to reduced incidents of community destruction and anti-social activities.

- -Youth participate in science and math program from SAME Network offered through Rush Presbyterian/St. Luke Hospital.
- Approximately 16,500 youth receive some form of service intervention via ACP
- Developed a financial literacy program for students in grades 3-8 focusing on savings and investments
- Instituted a juvenile justice program with the State's Attorney Office to allow youth to perform community service
- Created the Each One/Reach One initiative to link 40 youth with 40 adult mentors.
